This Raman microscope is specially designed for glass. Taking advantage of the fact that the Raman spectrum of glass is broad and has a narrow wavenumber range, we sought high sensitivity by limiting its functions. It is applied to discriminate glass materials, check stress distribution, and evaluate the degree of crystallinity.
